We’re excited to share big news: the Maryland Young Agents Committee (YAC) has a new name—and a renewed purpose. IMPACT Maryland is a community for emerging and aspiring insurance professionals throughout the state. Open to all roles—whether you're licensed, new to the industry, or simply looking to connect—IMPACT Maryland is dedicated to providing meaningful opportunities for professional growth, relationship building, and leadership development. Our mission is simple but powerful: To cultivate and empower the next generation of insurance professionals by fostering leadership, education, and mentorship. Who Qualifies for IMPACT Maryland? IMPACT Maryland is a fantastic resource for emerging professionals - those who have been in the industry for five (5) years or less or are 40 years old or younger. It offers a unique space to build skills, foster connections, and develop as future leaders in our field. Whether you're interested yourself or know someone in your office who would benefit, we'd love to welcome them into the IMPACT community.
